GoldPen Title Experts SMS Notification Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from GoldPen Title Experts LLC related to your title, escrow, and closing transaction, including status updates, document requests, and appointment reminders.

Program Description

This program sends transactional, non-marketing text messages regarding active title and escrow files, including but not limited to: title search status, requests for signatures or documents, and closing appointment confirmations and reminders.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the status and activity of your transaction. You should generally expect up to 8 messages over the life of an active file.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges will depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages through our client engagement agreement or online intake form, or by texting START to reactivate messages after opting out.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
